Privacy notice.

How Oakwell Digital handles personal information across our site, the client portal, private previews, and the websites we operate for clients. Effective 2026-07-12 (draft pending legal review).

Who this covers

This notice covers oakwelladvisorygroup.com, the Oakwell client portal, private preview websites, and the websites Oakwell Digital operates for its clients. It explains what we collect, how we use it, and how to reach us about it.

Intake and contact forms

When you submit a form on our site, we receive the details you provide — name, business name, phone, email, service vertical, website URL, goals, preferred package, and message. We use them to respond to your inquiry, evaluate fit, prepare private previews, and operate the services you request. We do not sell this information.

Portal accounts

Client portal accounts store your name, email, a hashed password, email-verification state, and your billing relationship. Payments are processed by Stripe; Oakwell does not store card numbers. Records of your acceptance of our terms are kept with your account.

Leads collected on client websites

Websites we operate for clients include contact forms. Inquiries submitted there belong to that client business: we process them as the client's service provider, deliver them to the client through their portal and configured notifications, and do not sell them or use them for advertising. Each client website carries its own privacy page saying the same to its visitors.

Private previews

Preview websites are PIN-protected concepts prepared for a specific business. Entering a preview PIN and claiming a preview records the verification and claim so the right business keeps control of its preview. Previews are not published as official client websites without authorization.

Analytics

We use basic, privacy-respecting measurement to understand page performance and form activity — page-view level data, not advertising profiles. Client websites may include the same kind of measurement to power the client's own reporting.

Cookies

We do not use advertising cookies. Functional storage is limited to what operates the service: your portal session on this site, and preview-access cookies on PIN-protected previews.

Service providers

We operate on reputable infrastructure providers: Cloudflare (hosting, DNS, and delivery), Stripe (payments and billing), our email delivery provider for transactional messages, and Twilio for SMS notifications where a client has enabled them. Providers receive only what they need to run their part of the service.

Retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to run the service and meet legal and accounting obligations. Clients can export their lead data from the portal, and we delete or return client lead data on written request after service ends, subject to legal retention requirements. To ask about deletion of your information, contact us using the address below.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal requirements) by emailing [email protected]. If you submitted an inquiry on a client's website, contact that business directly — it owns your inquiry — and we will support the client in honoring your request.
