Refund Policy.

Onboarding fee

The one-time onboarding fee covers building and launching your website. It is refundable in full if you cancel before build work begins, and non-refundable once production of your website has started.

Subscription fees

Subscription charges cover the period they are billed for (hosting, maintenance, updates, lead delivery). Fees for periods that have already started are not refunded.

Cancelling stops future renewals: your service stays active through the effective date shown when you request cancellation (the end of your minimum term, or the end of the current period after that), and you are not billed again after it.

Annual prepay

Annual plans prepay twelve months at a discount. If you cancel an annual plan after your minimum term, we will refund the unused full months beyond the effective cancellation date, less the discount difference versus monthly pricing for the months used. Something wrong on our side

If we materially fail to deliver the service — your website is down for an extended period due to our fault, or promised plan features are missing — contact support. We will fix it, credit you, or refund the affected period. If we discontinue the service entirely, prepaid amounts for future periods are refunded in full.
